Qualifications Required:
Recognised Childcare certificate Minimum QQI level 5 & some work experience necessary.
Lead Educators must hold a degree in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent.

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Good flexibility to stay longer hours, if necessary, communication skills and teamwork.
- Approachable and friendly personality.
- Commitment to child & quality led childcare and Early Years Education practice.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to recognize and contribute to team support & positive staff morale.
Student Placement Opportunities
Students studying for an accredited Early Years Education or Montessori qualification are welcome to apply for work experience placements within our facility. Students should contact the Manager of their local centre to discuss necessary requirements.
Students will be expected to adhere to all KangaKare plicies and procedures while on work placement.
